IAM METAL TRADES MEETING SCHEDULED

As has been the practice at Metal Trades Conferences and Conventions, The IAM will have an IAM Metal Trades Delegates and Visitors meeting Tuesday October 4, 2016, at 9:00 am to 2:30pm in the Las Vegas Room 1 located in the Jubilee Tower of Bally’s Hotel.to discuss issues at the Department, Council, and Local Lodge level and to discuss potential changes to the Metal Trades Constitution and the impact of those changes on our membership and the Councils themselves. We ask that you make every effort to be in attendance for this very important meeting.

Registration

You must register for the Convention using either the online registration form, which can be found on our website at www.metaltrades.org/events or download a paper registration form, also available on the website, and mail the form and your check to the Department. Cost of registration for delegates and guests is $375.

The Bally’s Hotel • Jubilee Tower Will Be Convention Headquarters

Reservations are requested to be made for the 70th Convention of the Metal Trades Department, AFL-CIO directly to the Bally’s Hotel. Please go directly to the website at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/SBMTD6 or by contacting the hotel directly at (800) 358-8777 and give the group code SBMTD06 to receive the room rate of $130 per night, plus tax and resort fee ($25) no later than Tuesday, August 23, 2016. After this date, rooms will be subject to hotel availability and prevailing rates.
