Act Now to Attend 70th Metal Trades Convention


The 70th Metal Trades Convention will take place October 5 – 6, 2016 at Bally’s Hotel and Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV.

Reduced rate room reservations can be made directly at the Bally’s Hotel website at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/SBMTD6 or by contacting the hotel directly at (800) 358-8777. Be sure to and give the group code SBMTD06 to receive the reduced room rate of $130 per night, plus tax and resort fee ($25). The reduced rate will be available until August 23, 2016. After that, rooms will be subject to availability and prevailing rates.

“IAM Metal Trades officers and members should make every effort to attend and participate in this historic convention, which will set the course of the Metal Trades Department for decades to come,” said IAM International President Bob Martinez.

As is customary at Metal Trades Conferences and Conventions, the IAM will hold a delegates and visitors meeting on October 4, 2016, at 9:00 am to discuss issues at the department, council, and local lodge level and to discuss potential changes to the Metal Trades Constitution and the impact of those changes locksmithspros.
